The specialist workshop for electrical engineering FLP Lift Parts GmbH was audited on 08.02.2024 by an auditor from TÜV-Süd for the criteria “quality and safety” and met all the required criteria.

The certification confirms compliance with the required criteria for the general overhaul of frequency inverters in terms of quality and safety. Annual monitoring is carried out.

The CPI09FS frequency inverter from ThyssenKrupp has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer in production. However, we still offer immediate availability and the option of a general overhaul. The CPI09FS impresses with its high-quality and proven technology “Made in Germany”. Maintaining this frequency inverter is not only a sustainable solution, but also ensures the continued availability of the elevator system in terms of quality and reliability.

The CPI09FS is a special version that is used in particular in machine room-less elevators from the manufacturer ThyssenKrupp. The reason for this is the flat design, which is perfect for tight spaces. Examples include the Synergy, Evolution and Spirit elevator models.

Technical data

The frequency inverter is designed as a pulse inverter with a DC link, IGBT power semiconductors and advanced microprocessor technology. In combination with a rotary encoder on the motor, the current vector control and field-oriented motor management enable outstanding dynamics. This results in load-independent driving behavior and ensures excellent stopping accuracy.
