The Kone V3F16 S is the first frequency inverter built for machine room-less elevators and the first of the V3F generation of frequency inverters.
The first variant was made to work with the TMS (Traffic Master System) controller and thus the first generation of the Ecodisc™ MRL.
Some features and functions that are included in the successor models V3F and KDL inverters were already available in the V3F16S. For example, the ability to save the shaft in an NVRAM after a shaft learning run.
With FLP – Fontanarosa Lift Parts, it is possible to export and save the parameters from the frequency inverter before the repair. This means that commissioning is no longer necessary when the inverter is installed.
